Covid Policy and Procedure

Our team is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of you, your families and anyone we work closely with.

As we charge ahead during these strange times, our primary concern is the healthy and safety of you and your youth. As a result, we've implemented a simple strategy in accordance with Colorado state guidelines and protocols to help ensure the health of our staff and everyone we work with.

Staff Guidelines

  • All surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly after use.

  • Any staff displaying persistent symptoms will be required to show a negative test before returning to work.

  • All staff will have received the Covid-19 vaccine prior to working with youth.

Everyone Together

  • We will continue to encourage the use of masks and social distancing if possible. (due to the nature of our work, distancing is not always possible)

  • We will follow the guidelines of each school and organization we work with to ensure uniformity with that location.

Youth Guidelines

  • Youth will follow the guidelines directed by their school or organization.

  • Participants will be regularly encourage to wash hands and/or utilize hand sanitizer.

While we hope to return to normal as soon as possible, it is our responsibility to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the health and safety of everyone we work with. We understand things are strange right now and would be happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to andy@newtreks.com .
