Covid Policy and Procedure
Our team is dedicated to ensuring the health and safety of you, your families and anyone we work closely with.
As we charge ahead during these strange times, our primary concern is the healthy and safety of you and your youth. As a result, we've implented a simple strategy in accordance with Colorado state guidelines and protocols to help ensure the health of our staff and everyone we work with.
All participants will receive a temperature check upon arrival
Participants will be required to complete a health screening form at the beginning of each day
Participants will be regularly encourage to wash hands and/or utilize hand sanitizer
Staff temperatures will be taken daily. Any temperature above 100.4 will be reported, and that employee will be sent home
All staff will complete an electronic health screening upon arrival to work
All surfaces will be cleaned thoroughly after use
Any staff displaying persistent symptoms will be required to show a negative test before returning to work
All staff will have received the Covid vaccine prior to working with youth
All staff and participants must wear masks and maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from others when possible (due to the nature of our work, distancing is not always possible)
While we hope to return to normal as soon as possible, it is our responsibility to help prevent the spread of Covid-19 and maintain the health and safety of everyone we work with. Additional covid information
Refund Policy: Due to the unpredictable nature of Covid, we do have a special refund policy. If for any reason summer trips have to be cancelled due to CDC and State Regulations you will receive a full refund. If your youth has contracted COVID-19 and cannot attend their course please email with evidence and you will receive a full refund.
